General terms and conditions of business
The following General Terms and Conditions of Business apply to our deliveries and services. The customer's terms and conditions of purchase and delivery, even if we do not expressly contradict them, shall only bind us if they are accepted by us in writing.

2. Place of jurisdiction
In dealings with end consumers, the court of the end consumer's place of residence is also responsible for contractual disputes. In dealings with end consumers, the law of the end consumer's place of residence is also applicable, provided that the provisions of consumer law are mandatory.

3. Conclusion of the sales contract
By clicking the button "Send order" you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending by automated e-mail. The purchase contract is not concluded with our order confirmation, but only with the delivery of the goods.
4. Delivery information
Standard delivery time: We usually deliver within 3 days. We will inform you immediately in case of delays in delivery. In case of unavailability of the ordered goods we reserve the right not to deliver. Payments already made will then be refunded immediately.
5. Prices and costs
A) Selling prices. All prices are final prices in EUR including the valid value added tax which is currently 19 percent. The prices at the time of the order are valid, which you can see from the order receipt email. Costs for shipping, insurance and packaging are not included in these sales prices.
B) Shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the type and delivery destination of the ordered goods. If the packaging, shipping or logistics costs cannot be clearly determined at the time of the order, we reserve the right to select the most favourable option for the purchaser to deliver the goods. This is the case for orders of more than one product and for orders from abroad. For orders from abroad, customs duties and/or customs clearance fees may be added to the shipping costs under certain circumstances.
Before placing an order, the end user has the opportunity to inquire about the logistics costs and to make his order dependent on these costs. For returns from abroad, the customer shall bear the return costs.
C.) Payment method "cash on delivery Please note the cash on delivery fee of the post office of currently 2.00 EUR.
6. Warranty
The statutory warranty period of 2 years applies to new goods delivered by us. The period begins with the delivery of the goods. In the case of the delivery of used goods, your claims shall become statute-barred one year after delivery. Excluded from this are claims for defects by consumers as well as claims for damages due to injury to life, body or health and/or claims for damages due to damage caused by the seller through gross negligence or intent. In this respect, the statutory periods of limitation apply.

Customer data is stored and processed by us in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG). Your personal data will only be collected for specified, clear and legitimate purposes and will not be kept longer than necessary. When you make a purchase, we store your order data and send it to you by e-mail together with our terms and conditions. You can read the AGB at any time also on our homepage. You can check your order data in our customer login area. You have a right to information and a right to correction, blocking and deletion of your stored data. Please contact Info@Hifi-Schluderbacher.de of the shop or send us your request by mail or fax. We do not pass on your personal data including your home address and e-mail address to third parties. Excluded from this are our service partners, who need the transmission of data for order processing. In these cases, however, the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the required minimum. For the activities listed below, we require your consent due to the above-mentioned laws for the storage of your personal data, which we will ask you for at the appropriate point. Should you later decide that you no longer wish to make use of the services, you can revoke your consent at any time by sending us a message.
