Shipping charges

How do we deliver your orders?

Shipping via DHL/DPD/forwarder:
Depending on the weight and the selected shipping option, we deliver via DHL, DPD or a forwarding agent. Payment is either on delivery or in advance.

Please note that DHL charges €2 for every COD shipment.

For logistic reasons, we might not be able to adhere to the mode of shipment chosen by the customer. However, this happens only very rarely.

The time of delivery is 3-7 working days from reception of the order.

Express delivery: possible for orders by e-mail or phone only.
 
Island surcharge: Deliveries to the island of Sylt (e.g. Westerland) are subject to an island surcharge of 10 euros.

Please check your address once again and note that COD charges cannot be paid by credit or EC card.

Shipping via forwarder:

For the delivery of your order we require your daytime telephone number.

When the forwarder is close to your home, he will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Please note down the name and telephone number of the contact person in case you might need it.

Delivery is from Monday to Friday. Express deliveries on Saturdays are extra.

Delivery abroad: 
You can inquire about shipping charges for deliveries abroad by e-mail or phone only. Please have your delivery address at hand, as the shipping charges partly depend on the postcode area.

We usually ship via DHL, DPD or forwarder.
