Return of packaging material

According to the Regulation on Packaging, we are obliged to take back the packaging material of our products that do not carry any official waste disposal symbols such as the “Grüner Punkt” of Duales System Deutschland or the RESY symbol and to assure they will be recycled and/or disposed of.

Please contact us, and we will gladly inform you about the proper disposal of your packaging material.

We will provide you with the details of a waste collection point or a waste management company in your area that takes back packaging material free of charge. Should it be impossible to dispose of your material that way, you can send it to the following address:

We will then reuse the material or dispose of it according to the Regulation on Packaging.

Batteries must not be put into the household waste. Consumers are legally liable to return used batteries to local waste collection points or to the shops that sell batteries. Certainly, you can return used batteries purchased at our shop to us:
