General terms and conditions

Please note that the English translation of the German original “Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen“ is a courtesy translation only. In any dispute the German original shall apply.

These terms and conditions are valid for deliveries and services.

Even if we do not contradict them expressly, the purchaser’s general terms and conditions are only binding for us if we have explicitly acknowledged them.

2. Applicable law:

In commerce with end consumers, place of juristiction is also the court of law of the end consumer.

In commerce with end consumers, the law applicable to the consumer's place of jurisdiction is also valid as long as it unambiguously deals with provisions for consumer rights.

3. Conclusion of the sales contract:

By clicking on the button “Send order”, your order of the goods contained in your basket becomes legally binding. Directly after you have sent us your order, we confirm the receipt and the acceptance of your order with an automatic e-mail. The sales contract does not take effect upon order confirmation, but only upon delivery of the goods, unless the customer has chosen advance payment.

4. Right of revocation:

A.) Right of revocation (only valid for consumers)
You may withdraw your declaration of intent within two weeks in textual form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) - if the item is placed at your disposal prior to the expiry of this period - without indicating any reasons or by returning the respective item. The grace period for revocation begins earliest upon receipt of the goods and this notification by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of the same type of goods not before receiving the first partial delivery) and not before we have met our information duties as defined by Article 246 (2) in connection with Paragraph 1, Sections 1 and 2 of the Introductory Law to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) and our duties as defined by Paragraph 312e, Section 1, Sentence 1 of the German Civil Code in connection with Article 246, Paragraph 3 of the EGBGB. In order to meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the revocation or goods in time.

B.) Consequences of revocation

In the event of effective revocation, the services received by either party shall be returned and any benefits that may have been accrued (e.g. interest) shall be released. Should you not be able to return the goods or only return them partially or in a deteriorated condition, you will be obligated to value replacement. In the case of goods surrendered, this does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is brought about solely by a tryout thereof - such as would have been possible for you, for example, in our shop. For the rest, you may avoid any duty to provide compensation for any deterioration of the goods caused by the intended use, by not using the goods as your own property and refraining from all actions that may affect its value.

 Goods capable of being sent by parcel post should be returned to us at our risk. You have to bear the cost of returning if the goods delivered are in conformity with those ordered and if the price of the items returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet performed the service in return or any partial payment as agreed upon by contract at the point in time of revocation. Otherwise the return consignment is free of charge. Goods that are not suitable for consignment by parcel post shall be collected. Obligations to refund payments must be met within 30 days. The deadline shall commence for you on the date you sent the notice of revocation and for us, following its receipt.

5. Information on delivery:

Usual delivery time: We usually deliver within 3 days.

We will inform you at once in case of a delay in delivery.

Should some of the goods not be available, we reserve the right not to deliver them.

Payments already made are immediately refunded.

6. Prices and costs:

A.) Sales prices

All prices are end prices in euros and include the respectively valid value-added tax, which currently stands at 19%. Prices are as listed at the time of order. You can see them from our order confirmation e-mail.

These sales prices do not include dispatch costs, insurance costs and packaging costs.

B.) Shipping charges

The cost of delivery depends on the nature of the goods ordered and the place of delivery. If the packaging, shipping or logistics costs cannot be determined clearly at the time of the order being placed, we reserve the right to select the shipping option that is most favourable for you.

This is the case with orders of more than one product and with orders from countries outside of Germany.

Orders from abroad could possibly be subject to customs duties and/or clearance charges in addition to the shipping charges.

Prior to ordering, the consumer has the possibility to inquire about the logistics costs and to

make the order conditional on them.

C.) Payment term “COD“:
Please note the COD charge of 2.00 euros within Germany.

7. Data protection:

We store and process customer data according to the regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Tele Services Data Protection Act (TDDSG).
We only collect your personal data for particular, clear and lawful purposes and store them no longer than necessary. Upon purchase, we store your order data and send them to you by e-mail together with our general terms and conditions of business. The latter are also available to you on our website. You can check your order data in our customer login section. You have the right to information on your stored data, as well as to their correction, blocking and deletion. We do not pass on your personal data including your postal and e-mail addresses to third parties.

Our service partners who need these data for order processing are exempt from this regulation. In these cases we will only submit the minimum of data required.

According to the laws mentioned above, we require your agreement to store your personal data for the services listed below. We will ask you for your consent on the corresponding page.

If you want to stop receiving these services in the future, you can revoke your consent at any time by informing us accordingly.
